Welcome to Beckbie. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Beckbie website and hardware wallet repair services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Beckbie ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
By accessing our website, submitting a repair request, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beckbie.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Beckbie provides repair services for hardware cryptocurrency wallets. Our Services include, but are not limited to, diagnosis, repair, and restoration of functionality for damaged or malfunctioning hardware wallets.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel repair services on a per-person, per-device, or per-order basis.
Before sending your device, you agree to provide accurate information about your hardware wallet's condition and the issues you are experiencing. Misrepresentation of device condition may result in revised repair quotes or service refusal.
Prior to sending your device for repair, you are responsible for:
You are responsible for properly packaging your device and arranging secure shipping to our facility. We recommend using trackable shipping services with appropriate insurance. Beckbie is not responsible for devices lost or damaged during transit to our facility.
By sending your device to us, you authorize our technicians to perform necessary diagnostic procedures and, upon your approval of the final quote, carry out the agreed-upon repairs.
If we are unable to contact you, if you fail to respond to our communications, or if you decline to authorize repairs and do not arrange for the return of your device within 90 days of our notification, your device may be considered abandoned. Abandoned devices may be recycled, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
We charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee for the initial assessment of your device. This fee will be applied toward the total repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
Following diagnosis, we will provide a repair quote for your approval. No repairs will be performed without your explicit authorization. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issuance.
Payment is required in full before we return your repaired device. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. For certain complex repairs requiring special parts, we may require a deposit before ordering components.
Return shipping and handling fees are not included in repair quotes and will be added to the final invoice. These fees vary based on shipping method, destination, and insurance requirements.
We provide a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair services performed. This warranty does not cover:

While we take significant precautions to protect the security of your device during repairs, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in sending a device containing sensitive cryptographic information for repair.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Beckbie BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Beckbie or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or Services without our express written permission. This includes using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
