5. No Guarantee of Asset Recovery

While we strive to successfully repair all hardware wallets submitted to us, we cannot guarantee that all repairs will be successful or that you will regain access to your cryptocurrency assets. The ability to recover access depends on numerous factors, including:

• The extent and type of damage to the device
• Whether you have properly backed up your recovery seed phrase
• The specific hardware wallet model and its design
• Whether critical security components are damaged beyond repair

In cases where the secure element or cryptographic components of the device are severely damaged, it may be impossible to recover access through hardware repair alone. In such cases, you would need to rely on your previously recorded recovery seed phrase to restore access to your assets on a new device.

6. No Recovery Seed Management

Beckbie does not provide services for recovery seed management, storage, or recovery. We never ask for, store, or handle your recovery seed phrase, PIN codes, or passwords. If you have lost your recovery seed phrase, we cannot assist in recovering it.

We strongly advise all cryptocurrency users to:

• Properly back up your recovery seed phrase in a secure, durable medium
• Store your backup in a safe location, preferably in multiple secure locations
• Never share your recovery seed phrase with anyone, including our repair technicians
• Test your recovery seed backup before relying on it in an emergency

Our repair services may void manufacturer warranties. By using our services, you acknowledge that any existing warranty from the original manufacturer may be invalidated.
